I took the afternoon off, channel surfing the cable news nets catching up, and on Fox, Harold Ford is on. He ran for Senator from Tennessee and lost. A Democrat, or so he claims. That's a discussion for another day.

Anyway, he was asked by Shep Smith who won the Democratic debate last night. He said he is not allowed to say that, that his horses were all on stage last night. Except "Dennis Kucinich and the former Senator from Alaska. The other six looked Presidential."

Are you kidding me? Kucinich has no chance, and until last night, the three of us in the country watching the debate didn't even know who the Alaska guy was, but come on. Ford is supposed to be the champion for all Democrats. What a disingenuous shitbag thing to do on live television. Way to support your party, asshole.
